FREESTYLE BC REFUND POLICY

(FOR TIMBER TOUR & SHRED SERIES EVENTS)

General

The LOC and FBC may decide to adapt or modify any points within this refund policy.

Refunds for any reason may be provided up to 30 days prior to the day before the first scheduled day of training (less SnowReg transaction fees and a $25 administrative fee).

• Refunds will be issued electronically and could take up to 30 days to be processed.
• Refunds will not be issued on-site.

Refunds Due to Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled due to weather or exceptional circumstances, no refunds will be provided, as the organizing committee will have already incurred event-related costs.

Refunds Due to Injury

A registered athlete who withdraws due to injury must submit a doctor’s note no later than 7 days after the completion of the last event day.

Late Withdrawals / Replacement Clause

If an athlete withdraws after the refund deadline but up to 24 hours before the opening of the first scheduled day of training, a 50% refund (less SnowReg transaction fees) may only be issued if the athlete’s spot can be filled from the waitlist.

• No refunds will be given once an athlete’s name appears on any official start list.
• All late withdrawal refunds will be handled at the discretion of Freestyle BC and the Organizing Committee.

Non-Refundable Items

SnowReg transaction fees are non-refundable.

Bib fees will not be refunded once a bib has been collected.
