UNLOCKED is coming to the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre on Thursday, September 17, bringing together real conversations, live music, resilience, and mental health.

Freestyle BC alumnus Mike Shaw will be joined on stage by multi-platinum recording artist Andrew Allen and former NHL player and cognitive performance coach Aaron Volpatti for an evening designed to inspire connection, perspective, and possibility.

For families, athletes, coaches, and youth in the Freestyle BC community around Vernon, this is a chance to be part of an important conversation about navigating challenges, building resilience, and supporting mental health.

Even better, 100% of ticket sales will support three North Okanagan organizations: Men’s Shed Vernon, Vernon She Shed Society, and Foundry North Okanagan.
