The Mount Washington Freestyle Club, Freestyle BC and our host, Mount Washington Alpine Resort, welcome you to the 2025 BC Championships.

The final Timber Tour event includes competitions in Slopestyle, Big Air, Moguls and Dual Moguls.

ATHLETES

Registration

Timber Tour athletes are required to have a minimum of a Provincial Athlete License.

  • Registration closes when all available spots are filled.
  • A waitlist will be available.
  • Registration will be limited to 100 athletes.
  • We encourage athletes to compete in all disciplines.
  • All Athletes are expected to complete the Bio form included in their online registration.

Athlete Bibs

  • Athletes must purchase their competition bib when registering for their first Timber Tour of the season.
  • An athlete’s first bib is available for a one-time cost of $45.
  • Athletes will continue with the same bib (and bib number) for each Timber Tour event during the 2025 season.
  • Bibs must not be modified or altered.
  • Lost, misplaced, forgotten, modified or irreparably damaged bibs must be replaced. – REPLACEMENT FEES APPLY
  • Athletes are welcome to keep their bibs at the end of the competition season.
  • Bibs must be picked up by the TEAM LEAD or HEAD COACH at the competition office
  • NO INDIVIDUAL BIB PICK UP PLEASE

COACHES AND CLUBS

Competition Office and Team Check-in

  • Head Coaches or Team Captains must report to the Competition Office for Team Check-in and Bib Pick-up
  • Family or individual athlete Check-in or Bib Pick-up is not permitted
  • Competition Office is located in the Marmot Room, downstairs in the Main Alpine Lodge
  • Early Check-in: Wednesday, March 26th, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Regular Check-in: Thursday, March 27th, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Bib and Volunteer radio return: Sunday, March 30th, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are the backbone of our competitions and our sport. We need help from both local and visiting families. Volunteers will be given a complementary lift ticket for each day they volunteer.

LIFT TICKETS

Mount Washington Alpine Resort is pleased to offer discounted lift passes for our competitors and their families.

Tickets and Athlete Bibs will be distributed to Club Leaders in their Welcome Packages, available in the Race Office at Check-In. Coaches Only at the Race Office Please! 

  • A lift ticket order form is being sent to your clubs.
  • Please connect with your club to purchase your discounted tickets.

Competitor Lift Tickets

  • Child (7-12): $40.95
  • Youth (13-18): $51.45
  • Coaches outside the 1:6 ratio: $56.70

Family Lift Tickets

  • Child (7-12): $56.70
  • Youth/Senior: $67.20
  • Adult (19+): $77.70

Families can connect with their clubs and coaches to obtain tickets and bibs.

If needed families can also purchase discounted tickets during the event, at the Season Pass office (Located downstairs in the main lodge), Reference: Timber Tour.

BE ADVISED, The Season’s Pass office does get busy. You might be standing in line for a while!

BANQUET & SILENT AUCTION – SATURDAY, MARCH 29th 6:00 pm

The Mount Washington Freestyle Club is hosting a dinner and silent auction in Mount Washington’s Alpine Lodge.

  • $40 for adults
  • $30 for kids under 12

BC FERRIES

For travelling to Vancouver Island, we recommend either the Horseshoe Bay (West Vancouver) to Departure Bay (Nanaimo) or the Tsawwassen to Duke Point (Nanaimo) routes. It’s approximately a 90- minute drive from Nanaimo to Mount Washington.
